One note on prep's, Sandbags (empty) can be had in huge volumes rather cheaply from surplus stores. I can think of a hundred different uses.
Also, if a friend or loved one is suffering from dysentery due to toxic H2O, an IV kit w/ saline IV solution will be the only means to save them. Sucks to watch people die.
