On a personal note, I used to live in Asheville, NC. back when it was clean and sane with Conservative White Men in charge of City/County Gov. There were some 60’s type long hairs smoking weed and doing carpentry and other quaint homemade products mainly for tourists, or selling weed.
I reluctantly moved away for personal reasons, but always loved the Appalachian Mtns I knew the city had gone Woke, and sElected democRats but you never really know unless you go there or see via reports of what is on the ground reality.
