The Alcohol & Tobacco portion can be Transfered to the Dept of Agriculture. The Firearms & Expolsives can be Transfered to DHS as a DISARMED Investigative - Technical unit.

The FIB (FBI) can be Relegated to INVESTIGATIONS ONLY and DISARMED. Felonous Activity is refered to the DoJ for prosecutions, any Arrests are done by the US Marshalls Service.

The BLM (Bureau of Land Mgt) is also DISARMED along with any other LE from the Dept. of the Interior.

DHS does not have it’s own DHS Polezi. DHS is an oversight agency using existing CBP, ICE, Coast Guard, etc. while Secret Service is Directly managed by the Office of the President.

CiA is relegated to Foreign Intel Gathering, No “Action” Deployment Teams or Foreign (Domestic) Coups.

NSA comes under the Sec. Defense, DoD. Intel Gathering is at least limited as before 9/11 ((Feral Intel Covered Up 9/11 so no squeals please)

DoEducation is Abolished. The other “FDR” Era Bureaucrazies is Reduced by 50%.
