Well, "IF" anything is going to be done, It starts with the populace as self- sufficient as possible. So if you aren't a farmer then best be storing up Food to last at least 6 months.... OR You will be an obedient slave to the Feral Gov. which will CONTROL YOU. Starving people OBEY.
